Memorial Day︱Veteran Stories
Show Notes

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for those who have given their lives in active military service, but many of us associate this day with picnics and parades.  In today's episode, we have the pleasure of listening to two veterans who remind us of the service and sacrifice involved in military life. Christy speaks with Larry Riley and Russell Library's very own Ayanna McKennon. Larry is a Vietnam Veteran, Dog Handler, and former Secret Service; Ayanna is a Navy Veteran. They share their unique stories, while also touching upon the shared experiences of all who have chosen to serve our country. Thank you for listening.
